By accessing and using neospend.de ("NeoSpend", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

NeoSpend is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. 7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time through the Service settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of NeoSpend after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
